Master the basic pull-up and kick it up a notch with the Multi-Use Power Rack. This half cage rack offers three grip positions for performing pull ups and chin ups; an outside grip, inner grip, and traditional grip. This Multi Use Power Rack was crafted with lasting durability in mind. From grade of steel used to the lasting finishes applied, each component used or designed was built for maximum safety and reliability. Featuring 12- and 14- gauge steel tubing with a durable powder coat finish and industrial zinc hardware, the Multi Use Power Rack is a seriously durable piece of strength equipment. Customize the dip station to your preference by moving the handles vertically. The chromed safety handle slides through the power rack and adds extra support. The J-cup heavy duty, reinforced bar catches ensure the weights are stored safely and eliminate the danger of falling weights. These bar catches also offer the ability for the weight lifter to handle more weight than normal. The reinforced gussets featured on this Multi-Purpose Power Rack offer extra stability and were designed with safety in mind. The gusseted uprights add extra strength at the joint of the power rack to provide the support needed for heavy lifting. This power rack has a total weight capacity of 1,000 lbs.
